Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Tapaak, we provide a FREE plan with daily limits so you can try our service before purchasing. All premium subscriptions are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
1. Subscription Plans
- FREE Plan: 50 responses/day - Try before you buy
- BASIC Plan: ₹399/month - 300 responses
- PREMIUM Plan: ₹999/month - 1500 responses
- UNLIMITED Plan: ₹4999/month - 100,000 responses
2. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations for any premium subscription plans.
Why No Refunds?
- FREE plan available for testing the service
- Daily limits allow you to evaluate before purchasing
- Once purchased, the service is immediately available
- Digital services cannot be "returned"
3. No Cancellation Policy
Premium subscriptions are for the full billing period:
- Subscriptions are valid for one month from purchase date
- No mid-month cancellations or refunds
- Service remains active until subscription expires
- You may choose not to renew for the next month
4. No Downgrade Option
Plan changes are not available:
- Cannot downgrade from higher to lower plans
- Cannot switch between plans mid-month
- Choose your plan carefully before purchase
- Use FREE plan to test if unsure
5. Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems:
- Contact support at admin@tapaak.com
- We will resolve issues within 72 hours
- Service credits may be provided for extended outages
